AAA SIGNS ON FOR SIXTH SEASON WITH MUTINY

AAA Discounts and Rewards ProgramThe New England Mutiny kick off their inaugural 2016 season in the East Conference of United Women’s Soccer (UWS) on Saturday, May 14th against original rival New York Magic at East Longmeadow High School (7:00 PM kickoff). The team will once again have "AAA" support this season as the American Automobile Association of Pioneer Valley returns as the Mutiny title sponsor for the sixth season.

“We are excited to renew our partnership with AAA Insurance of Pioneer Valley for a sixth season,” said New England Mutiny owner Joe Ferrara, Jr. “AAA is a leader in giving back to the community and the importance of their support for women's soccer and the New England Mutiny cannot be overstated.”

As part of the AAA Discounts & Rewards Program, Mutiny fans can show their AAA card at the gate and receive $3 off an adult ticket, and $2 off a youth ticket. AAA will also be sponsor of the Halftime Penalty Kick Shoot-out. If the chosen person scores on our Mutiny goalkeeper, they win the monetary prize. If not, the prize money rolls over to the penalty kick shoot-out at the next home game.

    The New England Mutiny defeated the Lancaster Inferno 3-0 on Saturday and assured themselves a home game in the East Conference playoffs beginning on Friday night at Lusitano Stadium. Kate Howarth (Grand Blanc, MI/Boston Breakers) continued her record-setting season in United Women’s Soccer with her second consecutive hat-trick.     HOPE AND A PRAYER! MUTINY DEFEAT INFERNO 2-1


    In front of another large crowd, the New England Mutiny defeated the Lancaster Inferno 2-1 at Lusitano Stadium on Friday night. On an evening that featured two former NWSL/WPS professionals, two National Team members and several collegiate All-Stars, it was a local high school phenom that would be the difference in this match.     The New England Mutiny defeated Syracuse DA by the final of 5-0. Mutiny Kate Howarth (Grand Blanc, MI/ Univ. of Miami) opened the scoring on the 10' with a blast that hit the the underneath of the crossbar for what would be the game-winner. Zoe Steck (Nutley, NY/UCONN) added her second goal of the season in the 19' slotting the ball on a break in past Syracuse goalkeeper Mackenzie Hanna.
