BROCHU NAMED ALL-WPSL; DEITER EAST GK OF THE YEAR
SPRINGFIELD, MA (08/05/13) - The Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL) announced the All-WPSL Team for the 2013 season and defender Sarah Brochu was one of 18 players selected. Five New England Mutiny stars were selected to the All-East Teams with Niki Deiter being named the 2013 Goalkeeper Of The Year. SACRAMENTO, CA (07/27/13) - The New England Mutiny fell to the Houston Aces in the first WPSL National Semifinal played at Elk Grove High School on Saturday night by a 4-1 score. AMHERST, NY (07/14/13) - The New England Mutiny (7-0-5) have reached the East Conference Final for the first time since the 2008 season via a 2-0 win over Mid-Atlantic Division champion Empire Revs WNY (9-3-0) at University at Buffalo North Campus field. NORTH READING, MA (06/29/13) - The cross-state rivalry between the New England Mutiny and Boston Aztec has begun to build steam over the past few years, and on a hot, muggy day at North Reading High School it continued as a stalemate.
