#10 BRITTANY BARRY
Now a junior in high school, Brittany Barry has signed on for her 2nd year with the New England Mutiny. Brittany is the second youngest player ever to sign with the Mutiny, following 2008 WPSL All-Final Four selection Danielle Dakin.
On 10/17/09, Barry scored her 100th high school goal and by the end of the Wilbraham & Monson Academy season, she had a total of 51 goals in her two years at WMA & 110 for her H.S. career. For her efforts, Brittany was named a 2009 NSCAA/adidas Girls H.S. All-American - the first female athlete in WMA history to be awarded the honor - alongside her All-Region I (New England) accolade.
In 2008, Barry tallied 33 goals for WMA, and was named to the All-Region & All-State Teams as well as the All-League Team by WWNEPSSA. This followed her record-breaking freshman year at Springfield H.S. of Science & Technology where she netted 59 goals - a state record.
